Veteran's Home, gazes out the window of a Cesna 172 as he has his dream to fly again become reality on Thursday afternoon. The Committed to Caring Committee was able to grant his wish with the Second Wind Dreams program.  Cox worked as an aircraft mechanic for 32 years and has missed working with planes.

Baird threw the shot put ball at a distance of ten feet and four and one half inches.  Baird has competed in the games for 15-20 years.  In August of 2015, Baird had open heart surgery and remained at Presbyterian for nine weeks from infections.  Despite his struggle to regain his health from the surgery, he was determined to compete in the games this year.

Keziah lost his legs in March of 2010 from diabetes, but still has his right foot.  People call him Bright Side Buck.  "I'm not here to prove to anyone else that I can do it, I do it for myself... I try to be positive about it."
